Giulia de Giovanelli explores models of collaboration for art and communication. She’s interested in dialogical structures for sharing and making and counter-practices in the organization of communal life. Her work includes projects such as The Autonomous Archive, a digital database that archives the historical documents of a former squat, and The Temporary Autonomous Bureau, a temporary office and educational project that explores meanings of self-organization for the city of Rotterdam.

 

Hansi Raber works on the boundary between digital arts and computer engineering. The time is split between contract work with a strict focus on efficiency and functionality, while his own projects are usually centered around playful, simple interactions with no real goals. His primary domain has become digital audio.

Inari Wishiki was born in a commuter town to Osaka, Japan and critically failed in the education system in the country. He worked for a Chinese delicatessen when he was a teen for 4 months and that is the only job he has ever had. Based on the exhausting experience at the workplace, Inari made his first art project "Inari Noodle" where a noodle bar's workers' movements were turned into a form of dance.

IOhannes m zmölnig is an Austria-based software- and media-artist and member of the art-collective forum::für::umläute. He is currently working at the Institute of Electronic Music and Acoustics (IEM) in Graz. Being an active member of the FLOSS-community, he is one of the core developers of the Pure Data computer music environment, for which he also provides a number of libraries, including Gem for realtime-graphics and iemguts which is targeted at writing live-coding systems within Pd. IOhannes m zmölnig has performed concerts between Bergen and São Paolo, Perth and New York.

Multimedia artist, and system designer devoted to technology. His background is interdisciplinary, holding degrees in visual and performing arts, software prototyping and computer sience. Unstitutionalized colaborator having fun in various fields of free arts.

Jens Vetter works in the intersection between sound art, stage performance and interactive sound objects. He is interested in developing new musical devices as well as embedding them on stage. He uses various tools and media to convey his ideas, which at the same time reflects his interest in the tools themselves, as well as their technical or conceptual possibilities or limitations. He exhibited and performed at Ars Electronica, C.Rockefeller Center, Speculum Artium, Ostrale, Festpielhaus Hellerau, Bar 25, DAVE, Kiblix Festival, CRACK Festival, Transnaturale, etc.

 

Joana Chicau [PT/NL] is a graphic designer, coder, researcher - with a background in dance.

She is a Barcelona / Berlin based artist and researcher. Her work critically explores the way techno-capitalist narratives affect the alphabetization of machines, humans and ecosystems. Her main research topics include Internet materiality, surveillance, online tracking, social profiling, and interfaces. She has presented her work in renowned institutions, museums, universities and festivals around the world.

Julia del Río (ES) combines her career in Industrial Design engineering and Product Development with her studies in Visual Arts and Multimedia at Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain. Since 2016 Julia resides in Interface Cultures LAB at Kunstuniversität Linz, Austria. She is currently focused on the field of sound performances, exploring diverse artistic strategies for interaction with electromagnetic fields. Other part of her work deals with online spaces like market places or social networks.
